Body pain and injury presents is amplified by inflammation. The greatest way to reduce inflammation in the body is through nutrition. Motion is lotion. The human body was made to move. There is almost no condition I have seen in nearly 25 years that doesn’t respond better with the proper amount of movement and exercise. We create custom rehab exercise programs for each patient. We also endeavour to teach every patient proper body movement and maintenance through exercise and lifting techniques.
As an avid runner and Crossfit athlete I can attest to the vast benefits (both mental and physical) that regular exercise and a wide variety of activities provides. Put simply, if you are human you need exercise to be healthy. Period.
