Ingredients:
- ½ cup pecans
- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ cup almonds
- 12 medjool dates
- ¾ cup dried apple slices
- 1 tbs Mila (chia)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
Directions:
Place nuts in food processor or Vitamix. Pulse until the nuts become meal. Remove date pits. Add dates, apples, Mila, cinnamon and salt to the nut mixture. Pulse until blended well. Scoop out into a bowl and form into small round balls. Keep in the refrigerator. To save time you can press into an 8×8 glass pan and cut into squares.
